Qwel
The Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) program is an EPA WaterSense labeled professional certification in irrigation system audits. QWEL is a program of the Sonoma-Marin Saving Water Partnership, and is available through the many organizations that have adopted the program.
EPA WaterSense
WaterSense is an EPA national voluntary partnership program that offers a simple way for consumers to identify water-efficient products. The WaterSense label makes it simple to find water-efficient products, new homes, and programs that meet EPA's criteria for efficiency and performance. WaterSense-labeled products and services are certified to use at least 20 percent less water, save energy, and perform as well as or better than regular models.

YVSC is a nonprofit organization based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, that creates and promotes sustainable practices in the Yampa Valley region through programs, partnerships and education.
